Gabriel Jensen's café is beautifully situated by meadow, beach and lake and is leased by six enthusiasts with very different backgrounds. A copywriter, a schoolteacher, a lawyer, an entrepreneur and an agency man, who together also form the swimming club, Team Lavendel, have opened this little gem of a café. All the baked goods are made from scratch every morning, so you can be sure that you'll smell the presence and craftsmanship when you walk in the door. The ice cream is also made from scratch, with a focus on pure flavor and the best seasonal ingredients. The selection is constantly changing, but the ambition is the same: to give you the taste of summer - one scoop at a time.
