Mejnerts Mølle is a family-owned business near Svebølle, started by Anne and Niels Mejnertsen, who milled the first flour at the mill in 2009 and have since created a little oasis not far from Kalundborg.
You can visit the mill and meet the passionate people who both run and live on the farm. You can also pop into the farm shop where you can buy their own flour milled in the mill, honey from the garden and new potatoes dug up every day - all organic. If you have children with you, you can enjoy the orchard, eat an ice cream or jump on the vintage tractors. You can also keep an eye on their website for sourdough and baking courses.
