If you've visited Samsø, you might have tasted the pizzas from [Ildegal](https://www.oekastellet.dk/). This small, local pizzeria offers delicious, freshly baked pizzas with a "crust dip," a brilliant invention. Ildegal has now moved into new premises under the roof of "Laden." The atmosphere is cozy, the music is good, the service is excellent, and the pizzas are just as great.

As Matti and Eyal from Ildegal themselves say: "It all starts with good and local quality ingredients, then respect for the craft, not to mention time and, of course, generous amounts of love."
