Terms of agreement for GoMore Keyless
Prior to installation of GoMore Keyless, you must agree to the following terms:
Subscription, price and termination

The price of your GoMore Keyless subscription is € 19.00 per month.

The subscription starts at the time the Keyless device is installed in your car.

The first 3 months are free of charge for the first keyless subscription.

By subscribing to GoMore Keyless you enter into a payment agreement with GoMore, where you confirm that GoMore on a monthly basis withdraw an amount corresponding to the price of your GoMore Keyless subscription on the payment card attached to your GoMore profile.

Your GoMore Keyless subscription is automatically renewed until you choose to cancel it.

The minimum subscription period is 12 months during which you cannot cancel your subscription.

The subscription is binding when you accept these terms of agreement. This applies even though you have the Keyless device uninstalled from your car during the minimum subscription period of 12 months.

The agreement can be canceled with one month's notice. However, the agreement is interminable during the minimum subscription period of 12 months. This means that you at the earliest with a notice of one month can cancel your subscription by the end of the minimum subscription period.

If you want to cancel your GoMore Keyless subscription this must be done in writing to keyless@gomore.at. The cancellation takes effect by the end of the following month as the cancellation was filed.
Right of cancellation

You have 14 days to cancel the GoMore Keyless subscription.

The 14 days to cancel begins when you accept these terms of agreement and ends 14 days hereafter. The cancellation right applies if you give notice of cancellation up to 14 days after the terms are accepted.

The cancellation period only applies if GoMore Keyless technology has not been installed in your car. At the time of installation, you give up the right to cancel your subscription within the first 14 days.

By accepting these terms of agreement you accept that the cancellation period is forfeited at the time the Keyless technology is activated in your car by GoMore.

If you want to apply your right of cancellation you must - before the keyless device is installed in your car and before the end of the cancellation period of 14 days - in writing inform GoMore hereof on keyless@gomore.at
Installation and uninstallation

GoMore will cover the majority of the costs for the installation and deinstallation of the keyless device on condition that the vehicle profile is open for keyless rentals for at least 12 months after the installation date. You will have to pay €200.00 for installation in one of our authorized workshops. The removal will cost you another €80.00.
- Collective installations (installations & deinstallations) are excluded from this regulation and remain free of charge.

When the Keyless device has been installed in your car you must confirm to GoMore that all functions work as intended within 5 days. The Keyless functions cannot be activated for renters before GoMore has received this confirmation.

You can request to have the device uninstalled and removed from your car at any time, but you also accept that the handling time of such a request may take 30 days from when you send the request, to when the device has been removed from your car. The request of removal must be done in writing to keyless@gomore.at.

If you do not show up for your agreement of installation or removal of the keyless device in your car, a fee of € 150.00 is charged.
- A cancellation must be announced at least 48 hours before the appointment.

If you have the keyless device installed in a GoMore leasing car, it is your responsibility to cancel the subscription, and schedule the uninstallation and return of the keyless device to GoMore, before the leasing car is delivered back to leasing partners.

Uninstallation, repair, or any form of physical interaction with the Keyless device must be performed by a GoMore-approved mechanic. You are economically responsible, should the device not be returned or should it be returned with any damages. You are only renting the device. It is GoMore’s property.
- In case the GoMore [Rental terms], [General terms] and/or [Terms of agreement for GoMore Keyless] are not fulfilled, GoMore reserves the right to have the device removed from your car immediately. In such a case, this agreement terminates and you will be charged a fee of € 500.00.
- Vehicles equipped with a keyless device from GoMore may not be rented out over other platforms. Otherwise GoMore reserves the right to have the device removed from your car immediately. In such a case, this agreement terminates and you will be charged a fee of € 500.00.
Requirements to the car
By accepting these terms of agreement, you confirm that your car fulfils the following demands:

The car has a centralized locking system.

The car has a spare key.
-
The car is approved for driving in Austria.
-
There are no active warning lights on the dashboard indicating issues with the vehicle.

The car will be active for rental on GoMore’s platform.
-
The car has an active parking license with free parking to one or several areas, or a private free parking space, which is always free and available.
-
The car is parked in a publicly accessible location with reliable mobile data coverage.
Other requirements
By accepting these terms of agreement, you accept the following requirements:

The functions of the keyless device may not be misused for other rentals outside the platform.

After the rental, the car owner has two days (48 hours) to report any new damage to the car. Minor wear and tear damages, which are not visible on photos in the rental contract, are at your own responsibility and GoMore cannot be held responsible for such damages in any way.

GoMore's rental insurance is valid for the rental period documented in the booking and rental contract of the vehicle.

Information about your car, including its location, will be shared with GoMore for use in enabling Keyless rental bookings. Moreover, you agree to our [Privacy Policy]. Including how data from the Keyless device is used.

During a rental, you are not allowed to interact with the car or check the car’s location via any other technologies that have access to the car (for example the car manufacturer’s app).

For electric cars, electricity is included in the daily price of rental. You do not receive extra payment if the renter returns the car with a lower battery level than at pick-up. You must provide the renter with means to charge the car during the rental, for example through a charging subscription or a pay-as-you-go account with a charging network. This does not apply for plug-in or hybrid cars.

You must test that the immobiliser is working properly and that the vehicle cannot be started with the key when it is locked with the GoMore app before activating GoMore Keyless. If Keyless is activated on your rental ad, you confirm that the immobiliser is working as intended.

On certain vehicle models, there is a possibility that the immobiliser may not be compatible with our system. By accepting these terms and conditions, you expressly confirm that you will not activate the immobiliser should it fail to operate. The immobiliser is designed to block the starting of the vehicle to prevent unauthorised movement. GoMore is not liable for any such incidents and related events.

It is your responsibility to test the immobiliser on an ongoing basis and in the event of any malfunction you must secure the car and contact GoMore immediately to check the functions. The car must not be rented until it has been checked and any future rental bookings must be cancelled.

You are always responsible for locking the car via the GoMore app before a keyless rental and checking that the doors are locked correctly.

You will only place the key in the vehicle when a rental is imminent and as close to the start of the rental as possible and retrieve the key from the glove compartment of the vehicle at the end of the rental. If you plan to keep the key in the car frequently or permanently, GoMore recommends that you keep the key in an RFID pouch located in a locked key box in the glove compartment.

GoMore is not liable for costs such as loss of rental in connection with a malfunction of the Keyless system.

If you have problems unlocking or starting the vehicle, you must contact GoMore before taking the vehicle to a workshop. GoMore will not pay for any repair shop visits caused by the keyless unit that could have been fixed through GoMore Support or by an inspection by our own mechanic. Outside our opening hours you can reach our emergency phone at the following number: +45 53 74 41 42 on all weekdays from 07:00 until 23:00.
Data sharing

GoMore will share your name, email, phone number, and car registration number with the relevant partner mechanic(s) for installation and uninstallation of the GoMore Keyless technology. The mechanic partner(s) will act as independent data controllers. The legal basis for sharing your personal information is GDPR article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR as the transfer of your personal data is necessary to comply with the contract entered into regarding the Keyless technology and as the mechanic partner(s) will use the personal data for own purposes in this connection.
Changes to terms

GoMore may change the above terms, including fees and prices with a minimum notice of one month. Price increases may be the result of price inflation, market developments, increases in the costs of GoMore, or the need for increased profitability and earnings.

You are always in your right to cancel your subscription, if the monthly subscription price is increased by GoMore. Cancellation must be done in writing to keyless@gomore.at no later than one month after the price increase was announced by GoMore.
