The married couple Katrine and Henrik felt that Fanø was missing a good bakery. With their own deep love for sourdough, they decided to open Fanø Mikrobageri on the island in 2020. In 2022, they opened the doors to their small, cozy bakery in Nordby.
Their passion for sourdough baking is clearly evident on their social media, where they showcase the immense love and care put into everything they make. They are true enthusiasts, always learning and improving. The bakery is definitely worth a visit if you're on Fanø and in need of bread for breakfast, something sweet for your afternoon coffee, or just a little treat.
