In the kitchen, they celebrate good, local, or homegrown ingredients and do everything to avoid food waste.
Sankt Hans Have is actually a project designed to breathe new life into an area with a special history, driven by a predominantly volunteer group. It is also a recreational garden and a social-economic enterprise created to promote mental health through nature, culture, and inclusive communities. The volunteer group consists of 50% resourceful citizens of Roskilde, who contribute to providing positive experiences in sometimes challenging everyday life for the remaining volunteers, who are in some form of vulnerable life situation.
