Terms of agreement for GoMore Keyless

Prior to installation of GoMore Keyless, you must agree to the following terms:

Subscription, price and termination

  • The price of your GoMore Keyless subscription is DKK 300 per month.
  • The subscription begins when the Keyless device is installed in your car.
  • The subscription is charged from the balance of your GoMore profile. If there are insufficient funds in the balance of your GoMore profile, GoMore will charge the outstanding amount from the payment card connected to your GoMore profile.
  • The subscription is automatically renewed until you choose to cancel it.
  • The binding period for the subscription is 6 months from the first payment date.
  • After the first 5 months, you can cancel the subscription at any time with 1 month's notice to the end of a month.
  • In order to cancel the subscription, this must be done by writing too keyless@gomore.dk. The subscription terminates when the cancellation is confirmed, and the Keyless device is uninstalled.
  • If you deactivate your car profile from the GoMore platform or do not want to rent out your car for a period of time, your subscription will not be terminated as GoMore will continue to hold costs for the device as long as the device is installed in your car. If you wish to cancel the subscription, it must be done in writing as described above.

Right of cancellation

  • You have 14 days to cancel the GoMore Keyless subscription.
  • The cancellation right begins when you have accepted these terms of agreement and ends 14 days hereafter.
  • The cancellation period only applies if GoMore Keyless technology has not been installed in your car. At the time of installation, you give up the right to cancel your subscription within the first 14 days.
  • By accepting these terms of agreement you accept that the cancellation period is forfeited at the time the Keyless technology is activated in your car by GoMore.
  • If you want to apply your right of cancellation you must - before the Keyless device is installed in your car and before the end of the cancellation period of 14 days - in writing inform GoMore hereof at keyless@gomore.dk.

Installation and uninstallation

  • It is your responsibility to drive the car to/from the workshop in case GoMore is unable to provide its own technicians.
  • It is your responsibility to be available to hand over the car key at installation and uninstallation. The insurance does not cover theft or damage related to theft if the key is left in or near the car at installation or uninstallation.
  • GoMore pays for the installation and uninstallation of the Keyless device.
  • Prior to installation in a GoMore leasing car, there has to be at least 11 months left on the leasing contract.
  • After installation, you must confirm to GoMore that all functions work as intended within 7 days. The Keyless functions cannot be activated for renters before GoMore has received this confirmation.
  • You can request to have the device uninstalled at any time. The handling time can take 30 days from the request is confirmed, until the device has been removed from your car. The request of uninstallation must be done in writing too keyless@gomore.dk.
  • If you do not show up for a scheduled booking at a workshop, a fee of up to DKK 2,000 is charged and paid to the workshop. You must notify the workshop of cancellation no later than 48 hours before the agreed installation time to avoid a no-show fee.
  • Not all car models support automatic reading of fuel and milage. Here values will be noted manually by renters through the app. Other features of the car, for example automatic folding of side mirrors, may be disabled during Keyless Rental.
  • If you have the keyless device installed in a GoMore leasing car, it is your responsibility to cancel the subscription, and schedule the uninstallation and return of the keyless device to GoMore, before the leasing car is delivered back to one of GoMore’s leasing partners.
  • If the Keyless device is not returned to GoMore or is returned with damages, a fee of DKK 4,000 is charged.
  • Uninstallation, repair, or any form of physical interaction with the Keyless device must be performed by a GoMore-approved mechanic.
  • If the car, with GoMore Keyless installed, is available for rent on other platforms or any other place outside GoMore's platform, GoMore reserves the right to charge you DKK 5,500 and require the device immediately uninstalled from the car at your expense.
  • In case these terms of agreement GoMore's rental terms and conditions and/or business terms are not fulfilled, GoMore reserves the right to have the device removed from your car immediately. In such a case, this agreement terminates and you will be charged a fee of DKK 3,000.

Requirements to the car

  • The car has a centralized locking system.
  • The car has a spare key.
  • The car is approved for driving in Denmark.
  • There are no active warning lights in the dashboard indicating issues with the vehicle.
  • The car has an active parking license with free parking to one or several areas, or a private parking spot, which is always free and available.
  • The car is parked in a public accessible location with reliable mobile data coverage.

Other requirements

  • The car is only to be rented out on GoMore’s platform.
  • Small wear and tear damages, which are not visible on photos in the rental contract, are at your own risk and that GoMore cannot be held responsible for such damages in any way.
  • Information about your car, including its location, will be shared with GoMore for enabling Keyless rental bookings. Moreover, you agree to our Privacy Policy. Including how data from the Keyless device is used.
  • During a rental, you are not allowed to interact with the car or check the car’s location via any other technologies that have access to the car (for example the car manufacturer’s app).
  • You must test that the immobilizer works properly and the car cannot be started with the key when it is locked with the GoMore app before activating GoMore Keyless. When Keyless is activated on your rental ad, you confirm that the immobilizer works as intended.
  • You are responsible for testing the immobilizer ongoingly and in case of any irregularities, you must secure the car and contact GoMore immediately to get it fixed.
  • You are always responsible for locking the car via the GoMore app before a Keyless rental and checking that the doors are correctly locked.
  • You only place the key in the car when you have an upcoming rental and as close as possible to the start of the rental period and retrieve the key from the car's glove compartment at the end of the rental. If you want to keep the key in the car frequently or more permanently, GoMore recommends that you keep the key in an RFID pouch, which is kept in a locked key box inside the glove compartment.
  • If you experience problems unlocking or starting the car, you must contact GoMore before sending the car to a workshop. GoMore does not cover any costs for workshop visits caused by the Keyless Unit, which could have been remedied via GoMore Support or by examination by our own mechanic. You can contact GoMore on all weekdays from 09:00-12:00 and from 13:00-17:00 on phone number: +45 89 88 99 01. Outside our opening hours, you can contact our emergency phone on: +45 +45 89 87 06 06 all days of the week days until 23:00.
  • GoMore’s rental insurance covers during the rental period, which is documented in the booking and rental agreement of the car. GoMore can under no circumstances be held responsible for theft or loss of the car outside of rental periods.
  • GoMore is not liable for any costs e.g. loss of rental income in connection with malfunctioning of the Keyless device.
  • Before installing Keyless, the car must be registered and you as a car owner must have created a car profile on GoMore with the corresponding car license plate number.
  • If the car is not registered and/or a car profile on GoMore has not been created prior to Keyless installation, GoMore can charge a fee of up to DKK 500 for extra handling time in connection the installation.

Data sharing

  • GoMore will share your name, email, phone number, and car registration number with the relevant partner mechanic(s) for installation and uninstallation of the GoMore Keyless technology. The mechanic partner(s) will act as independent data controllers. The legal basis for sharing your personal information is GDPR article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR as the transfer of your personal data is necessary to comply with the contract entered into regarding the Keyless technology and as the mechanic partner(s) will use the personal data for own purposes in this connection.

Changes to terms

  • GoMore may change the above terms, including fees and prices with a minimum notice of one month. Price increases may be the result of price inflation, market developments, increases in the costs of GoMore, or the need for increased profitability and earnings.
  • You are always in your right to cancel your subscription, if the monthly subscription price is increased by GoMore. Cancellation must be done in writing to keyless@gomore.dk no later than one month after the price increase was announced by GoMore.

Complaints

  • Please contact us at keyless@gomore.dk if you have a complaint about your subscription.
  • If your complaint does not give a satisfactory result, you can appeal to one of Denmark's complaints boards.
