Terms of agreement for GoMore Keyless
Prior to installation of GoMore Keyless, you must agree to the following terms:
Subscription, price, and termination

For cars leased through GoMore the GoMore Keyless subscription is free of charge for the first 4 months. After this the price is 15 € per month.

For private or business cars the GoMore Keyless subscription is free of charge for the first 2 months. After this the price is 25 € per month.

If same owner has multiple cars on GoMore the price is 15 € per month per car.

The subscription begins when GoMore activates the Keyless technology in your car.

The subscription payment is charged monthly from the rental earnings of your GoMore profile.

The subscription is automatically renewed until you choose to cancel it.

The minimum subscription period is 1 month.

The subscription can be cancelled with 1 month notice.

To cancel the subscription, this must be done by writing to keyless@gomore.fi. The agreement terminates when the cancellation is confirmed, and the Keyless technology is deactivated.
Right of cancellation
- You have 14 days to cancel the GoMore Keyless subscription.
- The cancellation right begins when you have accepted these terms of agreement and ends 14 days hereafter.
- The cancellation right only applies if you give notice of cancellation up to 14 days after the terms are accepted.
- The cancellation period only applies if GoMore Keyless technology has not been activated in your car by GoMore. At the time of activation, you give up the right to cancel your subscription within the first 14 days.
- By accepting these terms of agreement, you accept that the cancellation period is forfeited at the time the Keyless technology is activated in your car by GoMore.
- If you want to apply your right of cancellation you must - before the Keyless technology is activated in your car by GoMore and before the end of the cancellation period of 14 days - in writing inform GoMore hereof on keyless@gomore.fi.
Activation and deactivation
- Activation of GoMore Keyless requires you giving GoMore access to the car via its built-in connectivity.
- Activation of GoMore Keyless requires that you enable PIN to Drive feature to your car. Renters must use a PIN code to start the car during the rental. Cars with GoMore Keyless cannot be rented out on GoMore without a PIN code.
- You can request to have the technology deactivated from your car at any time. The request of deactivation must be done in writing to keyless@gomore.fi
- If you have the GoMore Keyless technology activated in a GoMore Leasing car, it is your responsibility to cancel the subscription before the leasing car is delivered back to one of GoMore’s leasing partners.
- In case these terms of agreement, our rental terms and conditions and/or our business terms are not fulfilled, GoMore reserves the right to have the technology deactivated from your car immediately. In such case, this agreement terminates, the technology is deactivated, and you will be charged a fee equivalent to one month subscription.
Requirements to your car
By accepting these terms of agreement, you confirm that your car fulfills the following demands:
- The car has a working centralized locking system.
- You have a spare key for the car.
- The car is approved for driving in Finland.
- That there are no active warning lights on the dashboard indicating issues with the vehicle.
- That the car will be active for rental on GoMore’s platform.
- That the car has an active parking license with free parking to one or several areas, or a private free parking space, which is always free and available.
- That the car is parked in a publicly accessible location with reliable mobile data coverage.
Other requirements
By accepting these terms of agreement, you accept the following requirements:
- After activation you must confirm within 7 days, following the instructions provided by GoMore, that the Keyless functions are working properly and that you have activated PIN to Drive feature to your car.
- At the same time, you confirm that you understand how the technology operates. Keyless functions cannot be activated for renters until GoMore has received confirmation that the Keyless functions work, and the car owner understands how the technology operates.
- Small wear and tear damages, which are not visible on photos in the rental contract, are at your own responsibility and GoMore cannot be held responsible for such damages in any way.
- Information about your car, including its location, will be shared with GoMore in order to enable Keyless rental bookings. Moreover, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which describes how data from the GoMore Keyless function is used.
- During a rental, you are not allowed to interact with the car or check the car’s location via any other technologies that have access to the car (for example the car manufacturer’s app).
- If you experience problems unlocking the car, you must contact GoMore before sending the car to a workshop. GoMore does not cover any costs for workshop visits caused by the Keyless device, which could have been remedied via GoMore Support or by examination by our own mechanic. You can contact GoMore on weekdays from 09:00-16:00 on phone number: +358 9 42451274. Outside our opening hours the number dials to Keyless emergency line (on weekdays 8-9 & 18-24 and on weekends and public holidays 7-24).
- GoMore can under no circumstances be held responsible for theft or loss of the car outside of rental periods. Rental periods are defined under the Car Owner’s rental agreements.
Changes to terms
- GoMore may change the above terms, including fees and prices with a minimum notice of 1 month. Price increases may be the result of price inflation, market developments, increases in the costs of GoMore, or the need for increased profitability and earnings.
- You are always in your right to cancel your subscription if the monthly subscription price is increased by GoMore. Cancellation must be done in writing keyless@gomore.fi no later than one month after the price increase was announced by GoMore.
