Terms of agreement for GoMore Keyless
Subscription, price, and termination:

For cars leased through GoMore the GoMore Keyless subscription is free of charge for the first 4 months. After this the price is 15 € per month.

For private or business cars the GoMore Keyless subscription is free of charge for the first month. After this the price is 25 € per month.

If same owner has multiple cars on GoMore the price is 15 € per month per car.

The subscription begins when the Keyless device is installed in your car.

The subscription payment is charged monthly from the rental earnings of your GoMore profile.

The subscription is automatically renewed until you choose to cancel it.

The minimum subscription period is 12 months.

If you decide to cancel your Keyless subscription before the end of the 12-month minimum subscription period, you will be responsible for the cost of removing the device according to the following price list:
- Less than 6 months = 200€
- 6-12 months = 100€
- Over 12 months = 0€

After the 12-month minimum subscription period, GoMore will be responsible for the cost of removing the Keyless device

After the first month, the subscription can be cancelled with 1 month's notice and according to the unannounced price list above.

To cancel the subscription, this must be done by writing to keyless@gomore.fi. The agreement terminates when the cancellation is confirmed, and the device is removed.

If you deactivate your car profile from the GoMore platform or do not want to rent out your car for a period of time, your subscription will not be terminated as GoMore will continue to hold costs for the device as long as the device is installed in your car. If you wish to cancel the subscription, it must be done in writing as described above.
Right of cancellation
- You have 14 days to cancel the GoMore Keyless subscription
- The cancellation right begins when you have accepted these terms of agreement and ends 14 days hereafter.
- The cancellation period only applies if GoMore Keyless device has not been installed in your car. At the time of installation, you give up your right to cancel your subscription within the first 14 days.
- By accepting these terms of agreement, you accept that the cancellation period is forfeited at the time the Keyless device is installed in your car.
- If you want to apply your right of cancellation you must - before the Keyless device is installed in your car and before the end of the cancellation period of 14 days - in writing inform GoMore hereof on keyless@gomore.fi
Installation and uninstallation
- It is your responsibility to drive the car to/from the workshop.
- GoMore pays for the installation and uninstallation of the Keyless device in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in this agreement.
- You can request to have the device uninstalled after the first month, but you also accept that the handling time of such a request may take 30 days from when you send the request, to when the device has been removed from your car. The request of removal must be done in writing to keyless@gomore.fi.
- If you do not show up for a scheduled booking at a workshop, a fee of 100 € is charged. If the removal takes place before the 12-month minimum subscription period has expired, a surcharge according to the price list will be added to the price of the removal.
- If you have the Keyless device installed in a GoMore leasing car, it is your responsibility to cancel the subscription, and schedule the uninstallation and return of the Keyless device to GoMore before the leasing car is delivered back to one of GoMore’s leasing partners.
- If the Keyless device is not returned to GoMore or our installation partner, or if the device is returned damaged, a fee of 500 € is charged.
- Uninstallation, repair, or any form of physical interaction with the Keyless device must be performed by a GoMore-approved mechanic.
- In case these terms of agreement and/or our rental terms and conditions are not fulfilled, GoMore reserves the right to have the device removed from your car immediately. In such a case, this agreement terminates, and you will be charged a fee of 300 €, which is charged to cover GoMore’s costs.
- Not all car models support automatic reading of fuel and milage. Here values will be noted manually by renters through the app. Other features of the car, for example automatic folding of side mirrors, may be disabled during Keyless rentals.
- GoMore cannot guarantee that the Keyless functionality works in your car, neither will expenses such as transport to/from the workshop or similar be covered, whether the installation is successful or not.
- If the car owner requests the removal of the Keyless device and subsequently wishes to reinstall it in the same car within four (4) months, the owner shall be responsible for covering the reinstallation cost of 200 €.
Requirements to your car
By accepting these terms of agreement, you confirm that your car fulfills the following demands:
- The car has a working centralized locking system.
- You have a spare key for the car.
- The car is approved for driving in Finland.
- That there are no active warning lights on the dashboard indicating issues with the vehicle.
- That the car will be active for rental on GoMore’s platform.
- That the car has an active parking license with free parking to one or several areas, or a private free parking space, which is always free and available.
- That the car is parked in a publicly accessible location with reliable mobile data coverage.
Issues
By accepting these terms of agreement, you accept the following requirements:
- If you experience issues unlocking/locking the doors or starting the car, you must contact GoMore before taking the car to a maintenance.
- GoMore does not cover any costs of maintenance visits caused by the Keyless device, if the issue could have been solved through GoMore Support or an inspection by our own mechanic.
- When taking the car for a maintenance, you must inform the service shop that a GoMore Keyless device is installed in the car.
- Disconnecting & replacing the car battery activates the immobilizer, preventing the car from starting. You must unlock the doors using the GoMore app to deactivate the immobilizer.
- You can contact GoMore on weekdays from 09:00-16:00 at +358 9 42451274. Outside customer support hours the number redirects to GoMore's international Keyless emergency line (weekdays 8-9 & 18-24, and weekends & public holidays 7-24).
Other requirements
By accepting these terms of agreement, you accept the following requirements:
- After installation you must confirm within 7 days, following the instructions provided by GoMore, that the device is functioning properly.
- At the same time, you confirm that you understand how the device operates. Keyless functions cannot be activated for renters until GoMore has received confirmation that the device is working, and the car owner understands how the device operates.
- Small wear and tear damages, which are not visible on photos in the rental contract, are at your own responsibility and that GoMore cannot be held responsible for such damages in any way.
- Information about your car, including its location, will be shared with GoMore for enabling Keyless rental bookings. Moreover, you agree to our Privacy Policy. Herunder, how data from the Keyless device is used.
- During a rental, you are not allowed to interact with the car or check the car’s location via any other technologies that have access to the car (for example the car manufacturer’s app).
- GoMore can under no circumstances be held responsible for theft or loss of the car outside of rental periods. Rental periods are defined under the Car Owner’s rental agreements.
Data sharing
GoMore will share your name, email, phone number, and car registration number with the relevant partner mechanic(s) for installation and uninstallation of the GoMore Keyless technology. The mechanic partner(s) will act as independent data controllers. The legal basis for sharing your personal information is GDPR article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR as the transfer of your personal data is necessary to comply with the contract entered into regarding the Keyless technology and as the mechanic partner(s) will use the personal data for own purposes in this connection.
Changes to terms
- GoMore may change the above terms, including fees and prices with a minimum notice of 1 month. Price increases may be the result of price inflation, market developments, increases in the costs of GoMore, or the need for increased profitability and earnings.
- You are always in your right to cancel your subscription if the monthly subscription price is increased by GoMore. Cancellation must be done in writing keyless@gomore.fi no later than one month after the price increase was announced by GoMore.
